Amplicon analysis of CASAAV-mediated Lmna mutagenesis in mice (PRJCA017949)

We use CASAAV system to create Lmna mutagenesis which specifically happens in heart tissue leading to severe dilated cardiomyopathy phenotypes. In the meanwhile, the promoter(Tnnt2) we use may not be so exclusive, so we further analysis tissue from liver and skeletal muscle to figure out the off-target effects.
