本项目以信息化网络系统作为智能化系统的统一运行平台，采用标准化、模块化设计，形成以通信网络为纽带的集中显示（监视）操作管理、控制分散技术，为中心的各个场馆的比赛、训练及运营提供高效的、科学的和便捷的管理和服务手段。

This project takes the information-based network system as the unified operating platform for the intelligent system, adopts standardized and modular design, and develops a centralized display (monitoring) operation management and decentralized control technology with the communication network as the core link, so as to provide efficient, scientific and convenient management and service means for the competitions, training and daily operations of various venues within the central complex.
