Raw fasta files used in Molecular evidence of Intermediate Disturbance Hypothesis across scales of biological organization

FASTA files containing fragments of the mitochondrial gene Cytochrome C Oxidase subunit I (COI) obtained with Sanger sequencing, for two sea urchin species, Arbacia lixula and Paracentrotus lividus. These samples were collected from individuals inhabiting along natural CO2 gradient in the Canary Islands, Spain.本数据集包含针对两种海胆（Arbacia lixula与Paracentrotus lividus）的线粒体基因细胞色素C氧化酶亚基I（Cytochrome C Oxidase subunit I，COI）片段的FASTA格式文件，上述片段通过桑格测序（Sanger sequencing）获得。所有样本均采集自栖息于西班牙加那利群岛天然二氧化碳梯度生境中的海胆个体。
