Difference comparison of BmSur8 knock-out and wildtype in the posterior silkgland transcriptome of Bombyx mori

There are two posterior silk gland samples used in this study. They are from two silkworm strains, Nistari and BmSur8-ko mutants. Nistari is the control. BmSur8-ko are mutants, which have the gene BmSur8 mutation. Each sample has three biological replicates, for example, Nistari1, Nistari2, Nistari3, BmSur8-ko-1, BmSur8-ko-3, BmSur8-ko-4.
