Patients after severe COVID-19 disease are at risk of developing post-acute disease. These samples are part of an intervention study, in which patients after a severe COVID19 disease underwent a 6 months probiotic intervention in a randomized placebo-controlled study. Samples were taken before, after 3 and after 6 months of intervention. As a control group, patients after mild disease donated a single stool sample.
