资源简介:
Eucalypts are the world's most widely planted hardwood trees. Despite their diversity, only a small number of species emerged to dominate global plantations due to challeges from local climates. Thus, disentangling adaptive and plastic responses in introduced economically valuable Eucalyptus are of particular importance for eucalypts breeding. Seasonal environment cues are major sources that influence plant growth and adaptation. Here we performed annual transcriptomes of E. dunnii in natural environments to understand their growth in responding to seasonal change, and provided a molecuar phenology map of E. dunnii planted in China.
