small RNA sequencing has been carried on potato tubers in Desiree cultivar under 22 and 30 Celsius. We have carried out the analysis using the pipeline described in http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0057233. A list of miRNAs has been identified and validated.
