专病数据集(IgA肾病)

由杭州市中医院牵头制定。通过对IgA肾病相关数据元的规范化梳理，包括患者的就诊信息、病历信息、检验检查信息、专科辅助检查信息、治疗信息等，结合患者的人口学信息及其他共性数据形成IgA肾病标准数据集。本数据集由数据集名称、模块名称、数据元名称、数据元类型、值域等组成。可为医务工作者及医疗研究人员提供科学合理的IgA肾病标准化数据元参考，为相关的科研活动奠定基础。

Developed under the leadership of Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the standard dataset for IgA nephropathy is established through the standardized collation of data elements related to IgA nephropathy, including patient registration information, medical record information, laboratory and examination information, specialized auxiliary examination information, treatment information, as well as patient demographic information and other common data elements. This dataset comprises components such as dataset name, module name, data element name, data element type, and value domain. It can provide scientific and rational references of standardized IgA nephropathy data elements for medical practitioners and medical researchers, laying a solid foundation for relevant scientific research activities.
