The effects of antibiotic administration and composting on microbial diversity and community structure of chicken manure

This study aimed to investigate the change in structure and potential function of the bacterial community of chicken manure after antibiotic administration and composting process. Community heatmap analysis on genus level showed unique community structures after composting.
