six phiCbK-like phage genomes

PhiCbK-like bacteriophages are model systems in many landmark studies. Our taxonomic study of an updated phiCbK-related collection underscores the need to expand the scope and scale of the pre-existing Dolichocephalovirinae subfamily. Here, we uploaded six new phiCbK-like phage sequences identified in bacterial genomes, including three bona fide phiCbK-like prophages (phage genomes integrated into the chromosome of their hosts) and three unintegrated phiCbK-like sequences.
