Rapid divergence of digestive system provides insight into hybrid origin of cyprinid fish (PRJCA017093)

This study generated de novo assembled genomes of eight species and performed phylogenomics analyses to reveal weak reproductive isolation and frequent gene flow events related to the development of digestive organs.
