Antennal Grooming Network Dataset (Replication Data for Figure 4)

This folder contains the antennal grooming network dataset (grooming_network.pkl OR .csv) constructed in this work. The dataset represents the network as a table, where each row defines a connection between a pair of neurons. The data is derived from the FlyWire brain dataset (v783). <h3>Column Descriptions</h3> <ul> <li><strong>pre_root_id:</strong> FlyWire ID of the presynaptic neuron.</li> <li><strong>post_root_id:</strong> FlyWire ID of the postsynaptic neuron.</li> <li><strong>neuropil:</strong> Neuropil where the connection is located.</li> <li><strong>syn_count:</strong> Number of synapses between the neurons.</li> <li><strong>nt_type:</strong> Type of neurotransmitter released by the presynaptic neuron.</li> <li><strong>pre_root_name:</strong> Name of the presynaptic neuron as defined in this paper.</li> <li><strong>post_root_name:</strong> Name of the postsynaptic neuron as defined in this paper.</li> </ul>
