Replication package for "The Accuracy of Firms’ Wage Inflation Expectations"

Our analysis is based on quarterly surveys of a panel of German firms conducted between December 2021 and December 2023. The surveys are administered to firms participating in the ifo Business Survey (IBS), a long-standing monthly survey of a large and representative panel of German firms, and typically answered by individuals in upper management positions, such as owners or CEOs. Approximately 3,000 respondents participated in our surveys each quarter.
