Subarctic Sulfolane-contaminated Aquifer Community Analysis

Characterize the microbial community in a sulfolane-contaminated subarctic aquifer with a focus on describing the distribution of known sulfolane-degrading microorganisms. In addition we compared the attached and suspended microbial communities in a subsection of the plume to identify potential sampling biases when using subarctic groundwater for aquifer community characterizations.
