RNA-sequencing of proliferating, doxorubicin-induced senescent, palbociclib (CDK4/6i)-induced senescent and INK128-induced diapause-like human melanoma SK-MEL-147 cells and human NSCLC A549 Overall design: Senescence was induced by treating SK-MEL-147 and A549 cells with doxorubicin and palbociclib. The diapause-like state was induced by treating SK-Mel-103 and A549 with INK128. Cells were collected 7 days after the beginning of the treatment and RNA was extracted.
