We performed mRNA-seq. Our samples are silkworm bombyx mori cultured fatbodies. We cultured silkworm fatbodies using MGM-450 insect media (FBS10%). We performed primary culture in 6 minutes/1 larva. L5D3 larvae were used. The p50 strain of the silkworm, Bombyx mori, was grown on the fresh leaves of the mulberry, Morus bombycis.
