资源简介:
This dataset contains two integrated analysis files on the production and retail price of broiler chicken (daging ayam ras pedaging) across 38 Indonesian provinces in 2025. The first file (LQ_Daging_Ayam_Ras_2025.xlsx) presents Location Quotient (LQ) calculations measuring each province's self-sufficiency in broiler production relative to local population demand. Calculations use 2025 production data from BPS (Statistics Indonesia), 2026 population projections, and an assumed per capita consumption of 0.158 kg/week (8.216 kg/year). Results show 11 surplus provinces (LQ > 1) and 27 deficit provinces (LQ < 1). The highest LQ values are recorded in South Kalimantan (LQ = 1.9949), Bali (1.5585), and Central Java (1.4435). National production totals 4,061,174 tonnes against an estimated demand of 2,359,622 tonnes. The second file (Analisis_Harga_LQ_Ayam_Ras_2025.xlsx) contains four analytical sheets: Annual price statistics per province including mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, and coefficient of variation. The annual average price per province is calculated directly from the entire 237 daily data points (trading days), which may slightly differ from the simple average of the 12 monthly values presented in the Monthly Trends sheet. Monthly price trends from January to December 2025 based on 237 monitored trading days from the Ministry of Trade's SP2KP system. Pearson correlation analysis between LQ values and annual average prices. Price volatility analysis. The national average price is IDR 39,531/kg. The Pearson correlation coefficient between LQ and price is r = −0.5966 (moderate negative correlation), indicating that surplus provinces tend to have prices approximately 15% lower than the national average (IDR 35,132/kg vs IDR 41,323/kg). The highest price is found in Highland Papua (IDR 62,229/kg) and the lowest in South Sulawesi (IDR 29,500/kg). This dataset is the result of the researchers' processing and analysis, sourced from public data of the BPS (Central Agency on Statistics) and SP2KP of the Ministry of Trade. The original source data remains the property of the respective government institutions.
