Source data and reproducible analysis code for ileal neutrophil-related transcription and complicated disease progression in pediatric Crohn's disease

This record provides version 1.0.0 of the source data and reproducibility package supporting a secondary analysis of ileal neutrophil-related transcription and complicated disease progression in pediatric Crohn's disease. The archive contains machine-readable result, sensitivity, quality-control, and audit tables; frozen analysis configurations and signature definitions; Python and R source code; Python tests; exact Python package versions and R session information; public-input provenance; fold assignments and repeated out-of-fold predictions; figure/table source-data maps; and four main plus eight supplementary publication figures. Large third-party primary repository files are not redistributed. The included manifests and scripts document or retrieve public inputs from GSE93624, GSE57945, GSE126757, GSE173807, GSE80489, GSE66207, GSE192786, and SCP2959. The neutrophil-related transcriptional state is a transcriptional construct and not a direct assay of extracellular traps or NET formation. The package does not establish an independently validated biomarker, an individual clinical prediction tool, biological causality, or clinical utility. It is intended to support transparent inspection and reproduction of positive, attenuated, and negative results. Software is licensed under the MIT License.
