Data and code package for: From Soil-Moisture Trends to Irrigation Depth: A Self-Calibrating Soil Response Signature Method for Prescriptive Scheduling

This record contains the data and code package supporting the manuscript “From Soil-Moisture Trends to Irrigation Depth: A Self-Calibrating Soil Response Signature Method for Prescriptive Scheduling”. The package includes:- soil-moisture and irrigation-auditor data used in the analysis,- Python code required to reproduce the reported figures and metrics,- processed outputs used to support the manuscript results. The repository is organized into data, scripts, src, and outputs directories and documents the workflow used to generate the event-based irrigation audit, soil response signatures, and prescriptive irrigation outputs for the monitored alfalfa plot (nodes S01–S03). This record is under restricted access during peer review and will be made publicly available upon publication of the associated article.
