Data set includes ZIP files containing SEM data (DAT) files and .oip Aztec software operator files for all samples (As-DED-F) included in the study. When accessed in the Aztec file using the .oip file, the full SEM-EDS and SEM-EBSD data from the raw data (DAT) files for each sample can be viewed and manipulated. Please note that the sample names in Aztec may not match the final sample names in the paper or associated folder. Sample designations were changed after acquiring the data for the publication. This data was used in Figures 2 and 3 of the Data-in-Brief publication supporting the article: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0921509321010479
