Groundstone and fill recovered from a housepit and two culturally stained soil
concentrations at site 48SU229 in Sublette County, Wyoming were submitted for organic
residue analysis. The samples were tested for organic residues using Fourier Transform
Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Organic residue analysis will be used to provided information
regarding the foods processed at the site.
