GnRH2 and GnRH3 CDS from Indonesian Freshwater Teleosts

This dataset contains the coding sequences (CDS) of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone 2 (GnRH2) and Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone 3 (GnRH3) genes isolated from Indonesian freshwater teleost fishes, including: Osphronemus goramy, Anabas testudineus, Hemibagrus nemurus, Mystus sp., Barbonymus balleroides, Tor tambroides, and Barbonymus gonionotus. A total of ten sequences were obtained. GnRH2 CDS lengths were 84 bp, and GnRH3 CDS were 93 bp.
