Educational status of population with disability in India 2011

In 2011, 55 percent of the disabled population in India were literate. Meanwhile, 62 percent of male disabled population were also literate. In comparison, among female population with disability, only 45 percent were literate. On the other hand, respectively six percent and three percent of male and female disabled population in India were graduates and above.

2011年，印度残疾人群中，有55%的成员具备读写能力。与此同时，62%的男性残疾人群亦达到了这一标准。相较之下，在具有残疾的女性人口中，仅有45%的人能够读写。另一方面，在印度，分别有6%的男性残疾人群和3%的女性残疾人群拥有大学及以上学历。
