This is a text classification dataset containing news texts and corresponding classification labels. The texts are divided into 19 different categories, including Analyst Update, Company News, Currencies, Dividends, Earnings, Energy, Central Banks, Financials, General, Gold, IPO, Legal, M&A, Macro, Markets, Personnel Change, Politics, Stock Commentary, and Stock Movement. The dataset is split into training and validation sets, which can be used for training and evaluating classification models.
