Transiently formed nucleus-to-cilium microtubule arrays mediate senescence initiation via KIFC3-dependent manner

Immunofluorescence Image and SA-beta-Gal staining in non-senescent or senescent cultured human IMR90 (lung fibroblast) or RCTE (kidney tubular epithelial) cells. Immunofluoresence images were captured using NIKON Ti Microscope equipped with Plan Apo VC 60X Oil DIC N2 objective lens, calibration (μm/px) 0.11, widefield image captured filter with GFP, TxRed, CY5, DAPI. Confocal Images were obtained using a ZEISS LSM980 series inverted confocal microscope with AiryScan 2 super-resolution capabilities using Plan-Apochromat 63X/1.40 Oil DIC M27 objective lens, laser emission wavelength with 568nm, 517nm, 465nm, pixel time 1.37μs, frame time 7.55s, LSM Scan Speed 6 Bidirectional scan. SA-beta-Gal staining images were captured by NIKON ECLIPSE Ci microscope using 10x or 20x objective lens.
