Two data samples were selected for the study, both from the monkeypox virus grouping of the NCBI database. Sample 1 is the result of sampling in 2001 and the sequencing result obtained in 2020. Sample 2 is the result of sampling and sequencing on May 20, 2022. The corresponding gene The serial numbers are GenBank: MN702453.1, GenBank: ON563414.1, and the DNA lengths are 189632 bp and 197128 bp, respectively. The study found 5 complete inserted genes, proving that the monkeypox virus circulating around the world has a stronger risk of carcinogenesis than the early monkeypox virus.
