PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated stretched film which maintains peeling strength (interlayer adhesion) capable of being evaluated by a peeling test force with a laminate containing a base material for decorative sheet and a transparent resin layer provided on an upper layer of a printing layer， and improves mechanical strength while being thin by enhancing an elastic modulus of the base material for decorative sheet， a base material for decorative sheet， a decorative sheet and a decorative plate. SOLUTION: A base material 6 is a uniaxially or biaxially laminated stretched film in which a main component of a resin material is made of polypropylene， and has a plurality of layers (number n of layers≥2， n is an integer) in which the main component of the resin material is made of a polypropylene-based resin.
