Forest development and seasonal variation drive functional reorganization of soil microbiomes and enzymatic activities

This dataset contains microbial biomass measured by the phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) method, microbial diversity, and soil enzyme activity across a chronosequence of plantation stands ranging from 6 to 45 years of development. The file also includes the corresponding statistical analysis results derived from these measurements.
