information about vacation destination; information and advice from
various tour operators and travel agencies; form of organization of the
trip; travel costs paid to the travel agency; services booked; means of
transport used; charter flight or scheduled flight; type of
accomodation and meals on vacation; travel companion from personal
household and age of persons accompanying; travel budget and
distribution of expenditures among vacation preparation, travel,
accomodation and meals; general judgement on vacation costs and
judgement on the cost effectiveness at place of vacation; judgement on
the cost effectiveness regarding travel, accomodation, meals as well as

vacation trip; reason for doing without vacation trips. Also encoded
was: degree of urbanization; willingness of respondent to cooperate
during the interview as well as in making contact; time of interview;
length of interview.
