Phosphorimages of dried gels used to create Supplemental Figure S8 (DNA Annealing Activities of the Full-Length RAD52 Alanine Mutants). Each file contains images of three polyacrylamide gels (except for DNA_annealing_no_protein.jpg, which contains two). The ten lanes in each gel correspond to 0, 1, 2, 5, 10 min of reaction in the presence of the indicated RAD52 mutant (or wild-type), followed by 0, 1, 2, 5, 10 min of reaction in the presence of the second RAD52 mutant (from left to right). The upper and lower bands correspond to the annealed product and the labeled substrate, respectively. The three data for each RAD52 protein were averaged, and shown as graphical representations in Figure S8. For the spontaneous annealing (no protein), the four data were averaged.
