The data consist of the DNA sequences of antibody gene rearrangements from peripheral blood human B cells of subjects with Common Variable Immune Deficiency (CVID) and healthy controls subjects.]]>
CVID subjects were diagnosed on the basis of: 1) reduced serum IgG, IgA, and/or IgM two or more confidence intervals below the normal ranges for age, and 2) documented antibody deficiency.]]>
