gene expression profiling of ventilation induced muscle wasting in rat plantaris

RNASeq technology is applied to study the gene expression affected by ventilation or loading in plantaris. Non-loaded right plantaris group under short-term (6 hours to 4 days) or long-term (4.5 to 9 days) ventilation, as well as the corresponding loaded groups, are included besides the healthy control group.
