The goal of this study was to identify transcripts that were differentially regulated in Lgr5 hair follicle stem cells following skin injury in the presence and absence of regulatory T cells Lgr5-traced cells were isolated using flow cytometry from the epidermis of reporter mice, following skin barrier injury and in the presence or absence of Treg cells.
