The code and data of the theory nuisance parameter method for truncation uncertainties in symmetric nuclear matter

This archive contains the complete data and analysis materials associated with the study of chiral effective field theory truncation uncertainties in symmetric nuclear matter using the theory nuisance parameter (TNP) and Gaussian process (GP) approaches. It includes the processed order-by-order results for the EMN450, EMN500, and EMN550 chiral two-nucleon interactions, the Python scripts used for the TNP and GP analyses and for reproducing all figures, machine-readable data underlying Figs. 1–5, TNP parameter samples and covariance matrices, GP hyperparameters, pointwise truncation uncertainties, full coefficient and energy covariance matrices, correlation matrices, and next-order validation and coverage results. A README file, software requirements, and SHA-256 checksums are also provided to facilitate reproducibility and verification of the numerical results reported in the manuscript.
