Raw Vessel Quantification Data

This dataset contains the area of vessels traced within Bijel-Templated Material (BTM) and within Particle-Templated Material (PTM) implants. Individual vessels are listed in rows on the first sheet with their corresponding distance to the nearest implant boundary. Vessels are sorted into 200 micrometer bins, relative to the implant boundary and listed for all mice per implant type in the second sheet. Lastly, the tissue area per each 200 micrometer bin from the implant boundary is listed in the third sheet.本数据集收录了双模板材料（Bijel-Templated Material, BTM）与颗粒模板材料（Particle-Templated Material, PTM）植入物内部经示踪得到的血管面积数据。第一张工作表中，单条血管以行形式列出，并附带其至最近植入物边界的对应距离。第二张工作表以相对于植入物边界的200微米为分级区间对血管进行分组，并按植入物类型分别列出所有受试小鼠的对应数据。最后，第三张工作表列出了距植入物边界各200微米分级区间对应的组织面积。
