资源简介:
Beside of the physiological factors of ripening fruit (Finger and Pereira, 2016) and fungus attacks (Black et al, 1991; Berke et al, 2005; Acedo, 2012; Abhayashree et al., 2016;), the results of research in sub-tropical countries, such as: Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos were reported that chili fruits decaying was caused by bacterial infection. The bacterium was Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora (Ecc) (Black et al., 1991; Berke et al., 2005; EPPO, 2013). Ecc bacteria are not specifically caused the chili fruit decaying, but it also infects the carrots and tomatoes (EPPO, 2013; EFSA, 2014). Thus, Indonesia as a tropical country is possible to find out other species bacteria in decayed red chili fruit. Based on this background, the purpose of this research is to isolate and identify bacteria in decayed red chili fruit
