Orange Book Patent Data, Including Public-Sector Patent Information, 1985-2023

This repository provides data from the FDA's Orange Book on patents associated with marketed drugs, with additional information on whether each patent is a \"public-sector\" patent. The dataset accompanies the following article: - Lisa Larrimore Ouellette and Bhaven N.
