This dataset contains the raw, de-identified data collected for the study titled 'An Assessment of Professional Burnout within Hospital Pharmacists: A Case Study of Abu Dhabi.' The data were collected using the Maslach Burnout Inventory - Human Services Survey for Medical Professionals. It includes responses on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal achievement, along with demographic information such as years of practice and qualifications.
