Vibration of effects in pooled analyses of Canagliflozin vs placebo, randomized, double blind trials

In this case study, we will explore VoE in pooled analyses of clinical trials focusing on clinical trials evaluating the efficacy and safety of Canagliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. We will use IPD from trials data that are available for other researchers within the YODA (Yale University Open Data Access) project (https://yoda.yale.edu/).
