Data Set from Evaluating Stage Motion for Automated Electron Microscopy

Dataset includes 311 *.bmp images acquired by the PNNL AutoEM system and calculations of various types of stage precision. Associated with the manuscript "Evaluating Stage Motion for Automated Electron Microscopy" by Kevin Fiedler, Matthew Olszta, Kayla Yano, Christina Doty, Derek Hopkins, Sarah Akers, and Steven Spurgeon. Data added on April 3, 2023 includes an additional 216 *.bmp images demonstrating the testing standard on another microscope that is included in the supplemental information in the revision of the manuscript above.
