We analyzed coding transcript abundance in murine, interscapular brown adipose tissue from wildtype and UCP1-KO mice. Overall design: We prepared the interscapular brown fat from wildtype C57BL/6J mice and UCP1-KO mice on the same strain background. We sequenced total RNA and determined transcript abundance.
