Rhizosphere soil of tomato plants were collected from four different fields in China suffering from bacterial wilt for 3-15 years 69 caused by Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum phytopathogen of Nanjing Jiangsu province, Ningbo Zhejiang, Nanchang Jiangxi, Nanning Guangxi. Twelve plants were collected from each field between 26th of May and 13th of June in 2015.
