The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the regulation mechanism of the brain gut microbiome axis in bipolar disorder patients by assessing the fecal gut microbiome composition, serum metabolomic data, and brain functional magnetic resonance data in combination with the clinical data of the patients, so as to better clarify the pathogenesis of bipolar disorder.
