组织碳是指政府机构或者社会团体主导的盘查活动，包括了政务碳排中和及监测（政府侧）、园区排中和及监测、企业碳排中和及监测三种类型。选取组织碳排放测算范围，根据客户输入数据，通过大数据、物联网等技术手段，运用碳排放计算模型，进行碳盘查和碳核查，并对数据进行加工后，按客户的要求输出一定范围内的组织碳数据。

Organizational Carbon refers to inventory activities led by government agencies or social groups, which encompass three categories: government administrative carbon neutrality and monitoring (government-side), park carbon neutrality and monitoring, and enterprise carbon neutrality and monitoring. The workflow first determines the scope of organizational carbon emission calculation. Subsequently, leveraging technical means such as big data and the Internet of Things (IoT) and applying carbon emission calculation models, it conducts carbon inventory and verification based on data submitted by clients. After processing the collected data, the system outputs organizational carbon data within the predefined scope as required by the client.
