fedgnn-elliptic-audit: code, configurations and run records for a controlled variance audit of federated graph neural networks on the Elliptic dataset

Code, configurations and records of the 7,800 deterministic runs (federated and centralized graph neural networks and graph-free controls on the Elliptic Bitcoin dataset) reported in the article "When the protocol picks the winner: a controlled variance audit of federated graph neural networks for illicit Bitcoin transaction detection". predictions.zip contains the per-run validation and test scores. The Elliptic dataset itself is not redistributed.
