The total RNA of mouse lung tissues from the LPS and LPS+PGE1 groups, 3 biological replicates each, was extracted using the TRIzol method, and the A260/280=1.9-2.0 of RNA met the requirements for library construction. The RNA was reverse transcribed into cDNA using the cDNA reverse transcription kit according to the protocols, and the quality of cDNA libraries was assayed using the NovaSeq 6000 (PE150, Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA), followed by RNA-seq.
