This series consists of General Correspondence files that were originally part of the Premier's Department Correspondence series. The files were used to start the Ministry of Employment & Training Policy General Correspondence system. Many files were top-numbered into that system: the files not included in the system constitute this series. The files contain both inward and outward correspondence related to job creation schemes and the various administrative functions of the V.C.E. which formed the policy of that agency.
