Front-office SMB software pricing: a sourced, dated transparency dataset and methodology

An independent, methodologically documented pricing-transparency dataset for the software that runs the front office of a local-service business (AI receptionists, call tracking, business texting, and online booking). Built for price-transparency research and reproducibility: every figure is traced to its primary source (the vendor's pricing page URL and the date it was captured) and, where possible, corroborated by a second independent source. Quote-only and enterprise tiers are recorded with a null price rather than a guessed value. A documented normalization methodology converts heterogeneous published prices to a common monthly basis while preserving the raw figure. Machine-readable descriptors (schema.org Dataset, ML Commons Croissant, Frictionless Data Package) and per-record provenance accompany the data.
