Genes and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in homocysteine (HCY)-induced vascular endothelial injury

n the present study, human umbilical vein vascular endothelial cells (HUVECs) were treated with HCY to identify the genes and lncRNAs involved in the mechanism underlying the HUVEC response to HCY. HCY-treated and untreated HUVECs were sequenced, and bioinformatics analysis was used to further study the genes and lncRNAs. Our results may offer new insights in understanding the role of lncRNAs in vascular endothelial injury in response to HCY.
