We performed the Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation (CUT&Tag) sequencing assay to identify proteins that interact with c-Fos in order to validate the microenvironment stimulation by BMP4. Comparative CUT&Tag analysis was performed by pulling down with an anti-c-Fos antibody and comparing this with a nonspecific negative control IgG.
